Hi I'm Marianne!
IT'S AN HONOR TO HAVE YOU HERE
As an intuitive painter, I create art purely for the love of the process! Painting is a sanctuary where I can play freely, trust my intuition, and release the need for control. It's an exciting journey that unveils discoveries and empowers me to face challenges with curiosity and wonder.
I believe we can find beauty in all of life’s journeys, even during difficult times. I hope that my paintings radiate the energy that has nourished my spirit throughout the creative process, bringing a splash of joy and inspiration into your lives as well!

my story
Art has always been the thread that connects me to myself. Though I studied Drawing and Painting, I chose a career in graphic design, believing stability left little room for an artist’s life. For years, painting drifted quietly to the background—until life reminded me how much I needed it.
When both my mother and husband faced cancer, I returned to the canvas seeking comfort. What began as a way to cope soon became a lifeline. When I painted, my anxiety lifted, allowing me to slow down and be present. Painting helped me process loss, find hope, and stay grounded through uncertainty.
Color became my language—bold florals, vivid tones, and marks that spoke of courage and renewal. Over time, my work evolved toward abstraction, where intuition leads, and emotion takes form. Through this process, I learned to trust chaos, to find balance in imperfection, and to let beauty emerge from the depths of experience.
For me, painting is both sanctuary and surrender—a space to transform pain into light and reconnect with the quiet joy of simply being.
My Process
In the early stages of painting, I embrace a dynamic messiness, engaging in a loose and spontaneous mark-making process. I allow the imagery to unfold organically, letting go of preconceived notions about what the artwork should look like. This phase is essential; it's about play and exploration, where marks and gestures flow freely without the constraints of judgment or self-criticism. As I layer paint upon the canvas, it transforms into a rich tapestry of color and texture, filled with areas that hold both exciting potential and significant challenges waiting to be addressed.
Then a pivotal moment arrives, nudging me out of my comfort zone. A composition of overwhelming disorder takes over the canvas, yet it’s a crucial phase in the creative process. This is the transformational stage where I shape the chaos into something balanced, engaging, and harmonized.

My Hope
My own journey of rediscovering painting as a lifeline amidst loss and uncertainty has taught me that life’s greatest challenges often become the richest sources of beauty and growth. Painting showed me how to trust the chaos and let light emerge anyway.
My deepest hope is that my work carries some of that hard-won light forward. I hope my paintings become quiet companions in your own messy, beautiful story — reminders that chaos can transform into harmony, that color and courage can coexist, and that joy can be found even in the midst of struggle.
Whether a piece brings vibrancy to your home or speaks directly to your heart, my wish is that it meets you where you are and encourages you to trust your intuition, embrace imperfection, and keep creating your next chapter with an open heart.
I’d be truly honored to help you find the painting that feels meant for you.
